Why do you have password-protected areas on our website?
|
Our professional governing body requires that we have a veterinary client relationship with individuals before communicating certain information to them. These are the areas that require you to enter your client password.

What are your hours of operation?
|
Our regular business hours are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 8:00 a.m.– 8:00 p.m. On Friday we are open from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Saturday we are open from 9:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. Please call 834-7233 to book a convenient appointment time.
We welcome new clients.

What do I do in the case of an emergency and your clinic isn’t open?

In an EMERGENCY during regular office hours, please call 834-7233 to let us know the problem and we will see you immediately.
If you have an emergency after our regular hours please call one of the following emergency hospitals: Ottawa Veterinary Hospital at 613 729 6139 or Alta Vista Animal Hospital at 613 731 9911

Our hospital is located at the corner of St. Joseph Blvd and Trim Road. Our hospital entrance faces Trim Road for easy access.
Parking is available in front of our building.

How do I get my password?
|
If you are a client of our clinic, you may obtain your client password by calling our clinic directly at 834-7233 or by e-mailing our clinic at cvh@cumberlandvethospital.ca. Our staff will confirm your association as a client and provide you with the password.
